      - Hold your items and reflect on what you want to release.

      - Meditate while allowing the energy of the earth to support your intentions.

      - Begin placing each gathered item on the altar.

      - Attach a prayer or intention with each piece.

    - Spend time meditating and reflecting on your intentions.

    - When ready, return the earth elements to nature.

    • Center Yourself

      Sit comfortably in front of your sacred space. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Imagine your breath flowing like water, soothing and grounding you.

    • Opening Invocation

      Place your hands above the bowl of water and say: "I honor the element of water, the flowing force of life, cleansing, and renewal. I welcome the winter season, a time for rest, reflection, and restoration.

  • Gratitude Reflection

    Hold the bowl of water and reflect on the blessings and lessons of the past year. Speak or silently acknowledge three things you are grateful for.

    Optional: Dip your fingers into the water and lightly touch your forehead or heart as a blessing of gratitude.

    Setting Intentions

    Write down your wishes or intentions for the coming year on the piece of paper. Keep your words clear and heartfelt.

    • Candle Lighting

      Place the paper beneath the candle and light it. As the flame flickers, say: "As this candle burns, may my intentions flow with ease and grace into the coming year. May I rest, restore, and dream deeply in alignment with the element of water."

    • Meditation and Reflection

      Sit quietly, gazing at the candle flame. Visualize your intentions manifesting, like ripples spreading across a serene lake. Allow your thoughts to flow naturally, embracing any insights or emotions.

    • Close with Water

      When ready, thank the element of water for its wisdom. Say: "Thank you, water, for your guidance, your depth, and your power to heal. I release my gratitude and intentions to the flow of life."Use the water to extinguish the candle when it has burned fully, symbolizing the unity of fire and water.

    • Closing Gratitude

      Place your hands over your heart and bow your head. Whisper: "I honor this moment of stillness, this season of rest, and the dreams yet to be revealed."
